The two former Presidents Of The United States Of America, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, traveled to Haiti on a humanitarian mission after a 7.0 earthquake struck the country back in January.

Bush and Clinton were meeting the locals when Bush shakes the hand of a Haitian man and right after seems to be wiping it on Clinton’s shirt (watch video above). It’s hilarious! That could only happen to Bush! I don’t think it’s a racist gesture like some are suggesting… Bush’s got a yucky sticky hand and he had to wipe it somehow, somewhere! Bush, you naughty boy with bad manners!!
