Former WCW/WWE wrestled Chris Kanyon was found dead of apparent suicide with an overdose of pills at his apartment in Queens, NY on Friday (April 2). The 40 year-old suffered from a bipolar disorder and had threatened to commit suicide several times in the past.

Chris, whose real name was Chris Klucsaritis, retired from wrestling back in 2004 when he was released allegedly for coming out of the closet as the first gay wrestler, which he later denied and confessed again. Chris was also severely depressed and claimed WWE fired him for being gay.
