Bruce Beresford-Redman Suspect In Wife Monica’s Murder (PHOTO)
“Survivor” producer Bruce Beresford-Redman and his wife, Monica Beresford-Redman, who owned a popular Brazilian nightclub and restaurant in LA, decided to go to Cancun with their two kids on vacation to try to save their marriage.
This “romantic” vacation ended in tragedy when Monica’s body was found in a sewer at the resort they were staying. Bruce had reported his wife missing on Tuesday (April 6) but he kept hoping for her safe return.
“I’m very hopeful someone will find my wife very soon,” he told KCAL-TV Channel 9 on Wednesday (April 7). “She still hasn’t been located and we’re looking.” On Thursday (April 8), the police found Monica’s dead body in a sewer and she appeared to have been strangled.
The successful reality TV producer, who worked on “Survivor” and MTV’s “Pimp My Ride”, has been detained for questioning and is being treated as the prime suspect in his wife’s murder.
