Crystal Bowersox “Saved” American Idol Top 9 Elvis (VIDEO)
The American Idol Season 9 Top 9 were mentored by former Idol contestant, eccentric Adam Lambert, and had the privilege to sing some of the King Of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley’s classic songs during the live show on Tuesday (April 13). Crystal Bowersox kicked off the show in style with her electric guitar and a Blues’ version of “Saved” (watch video below).
Crystal kept true to herself and delivered probably the best performance of the night. There is really no competition for Crystal (oh, Lee Dewyze rocks!). Unfortunately, she did not let her dreadlocks down and toss them around like Adam wished. The judges are tired of telling Crystal is so great and Simon Cowell praised her for not choosing an obvious song and not singing it karaoke-style.
