NFL star Ben Roethlisberger was not charged on the latest alleged sexual assault case because the DA claims there is not enough evidence, or “irrefutable” evidence, the rape occurred. In the accuser’s written statement, the woman claimed she was trapped by Ben’s bodyguard while “Big Benis” walked up to her with his penis out of his pants (read more dirty/nasty details here).

As we had reported, the first cop on the scene, Sergeant Jerry Blash, took pictures with Big Ben in the night of the incident (photos here). Blash was forced to “resign” after a new police report revealed he referred to Ben’s accuser as “f*cking b*tch”, saying, “this f*cking bitch is drunk” or “this bitch is drunk off her ass accusing Ben of assaulting her.”

Sergeant Blash reportedly also warned the accuser and her friends that “Roethlisberger has a lot of money” and if the women were to follow through with a police report, they “would be wasting their time.” Even if this woman was drunk and doesn’t exactly remember the details of her encounter with “Big Benis”, it’s clear she wasn’t even given a chance. Big Ben is off the hook again.
