The ill-tempered villain allegedly “shoved” the woman to the pavement while partying at the Festival International de Louisiane and was promptly arrested by the Lafayette City Police. Russell has been released and claims the incident was a “misunderstanding”. He is contemplating to take legal action against the cops who arrested him.
An eyewitness told the police they saw Russell push a woman, who was working for the Survivor villain near a bar he owns in Lafayette, LA. The woman told the cops Russell hadn’t touched her but since they had a witness statement they were forced to arrest him anyway. Russell believes he was mistreated.

Man Russell gets hated by the jury and it would seem that now some eyewitness wants to do the same thing. How can they arrest him when the woman claims he did not push her and it not be a domestic situation. Oh well I am sure the truth will come out in the end and I hope that he did not do what this witness claims. Since losing again in the end of Survivor is enough for him.
