D-list star Kathy Griffin, who is well known for getting some nip/tuck here and there and everywhere (bikini pictures here), recognizes Heidi Montag totally ruined her body when she underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures that completely changed her appearance, turning her into a real life doll.

“She’s a little girl with those giant knockers,” Kathy told InTouch. “She’s going to fall over and start tripping on them — that is not good. She’s going to have to use a walker at 23! She’s gone too far.”
