Reality star Kourtney Kardashian stripped down to a tiny bikini to show off once again her post-baby bikini body for the latest issue of Life&Style Magazine. Kourtney had already posed in a bikini to tell us how quickly she lost 33 pounds late last month (bikini before and after photos here).

On knowing what works best for your body: Kourtney likes the few extra pounds she gained in her bottom while pregnant — so she’s found exercises that will help her keep her booty, but tone and lift it. “I want to try to do squats — stuff that will keep the booty up there,” she says about the classic power move that helps lift, tone and define the legs, quads, hamstrings and glutes.
On finding a sport that you like and running with it: “I’m big on running — just putting on my iPod Shuffle and going for a run by my house,” says Kourtney, who also uses the treadmill or elliptical at her mom’s house. Nutritionist Oz Garcia says choosing an enjoyable activity is half the battle. “You’ll be having fun and losing weight at the same time.”
On keeping your menu fresh: “Frozen yogurt tastes so chemically to me because I’ve been eating salads and salmon and chicken,” Kourtney tells Life & Style. “Fresh food is so much better.” Garcia agrees: “By simply cutting out processed foods, products with high sugar and the bread basket, you’ll shed pounds more efficiently.”
