Kate is seriously having a lot of trouble with technique but she is also struggling because she does not believe in herself. I thought this was Kate’s best performance but still very far from average. Kate also looked a lot more “human” and nice. We see a big improvement. Kate for the win! Joke!

Nicole was very nervous and hesitant after being very criticized for not following the rules last week. She felt the pressure. We loved this choreography. It was so much more difficult than what Evan Lysacek did on the dance floor that we felt the judges were not fair.

It was sexy in a very theatrical way but the performance lacked the natural flow and musicality. Aiden is certainly more comfortable on the dance floor but now he has to work on everything else. Hopefully, Aiden will be back next week to prove he can feel the music flowing through his body!

Niecy Nash and her partner Louis van Amstel went on another emotional journey with their Rumba to the sound of “Taking Chances” (watch video below).

This “spiritual dance” was dedicated to Niecy’s late brother Michael, who was murdered 17 years ago. We felt their connection to the song, we felt the emotion but the performance was so monotonous and had no sparkle. Niecy can do so much better and she deserves to be on that dance floor.

Evan did an incredible job leading his lady. The performance was powerful, fierce and a bit arrogant. Evan’s technique improved so much that Carrie Ann described it as a perfect blend of technique and performance. Evan leads the scoreboard again this week.

Erin Andrews and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy danced a very sensual, fierce Tango to the sound of “Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This)” (watch video below).

Erin has been improving every week. She went from awkward and clumsy to sexy and confident in three weeks. Erin was over thinking the tango, technique and her movements, which ultimately affected her performance. Judge Bruno said she started really well: “flamboyant and aggressive like a murderess”. We liked it and want to see more of Erin (dancing!).

Action hero Steven Seagal is being sued by one of his former employees, a 23 year-old woman named Kayden Nguyen, for sexual assault and illegal human trafficking of women for sex among other allegations (Kayden Nguyen PHOTO here).

Kayden, who was interviewed for the position of executive assistant last February, discovered on her first day at work that the actor kept “two young female Russian ‘Attendants’ on staff who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”

One of Seagal’s “Attendants” had quit and Kayden was supposed to fill in for her. She claims Seagal treated her “as his sex toy” and physically sexually harassed her by pushing his hands under her skirt, trying to fondle her breasts and forcing his hand down her pants.

The next day Seagal continued to harass her and forced her to consume illegal pills. The martial arts specialist also promised Kayden, “My wife wouldn’t mind if you and I had a sexual relationship.” Kayden is suing her former employer for $1 million and wants a jury trial. The details of the suit are described as extremely graphic.

This is a sick crazy story! Steven Seagal is the fierce hero from action movies. He is always saving damsels in distress or combating evil, seeking revenge… and now we find out Seagal is one of the bad guys!?! It can’t be true!
