Steelers star Ben Roethlisberger aka Big Ben, who was recently accused of sexual assault twice, is off the hook. Ben and his accuser were highly intoxicated on March 5 when they went into the bathroom at Capital City nightclub.

There was no “irrefutable” evidence of sexual assault according to the DA, despite a medical report that said the victim had “a superficial laceration,” bruising and bleeding in the genital area. What if this girl, who was already prosecuted by Steelers fans, was your daughter?

Ben took pictures with the police officer who wrote the first report on the scene (photos here). The NFL player also hired a vicious legal team and a private investigator to dig his accuser’s past. That is not the normal behavior of an innocent man but it really doesn’t matter because he is a “good” football player (it’s debatable!).

The victim wrote a letter to the DA, Fred Bright, to state she didn’t want to pursue the case because it would invade her privacy as every little aspect of her life would be scrutinized to discredit her claims. Not to mention the harassment from Steelers fans, death threats and the destruction of her reputation.

Former Super Bowl MVP, Santonio Holmes found out he was traded from the Pittsburgh Steelers to the NY Jets and that he had received a four-game suspension for violation of the National Football League’s substance abuse policy.

There is no information if Santonio tested positive for a banned substance or merely missed a drug test. The 26 year-old NFL player is also in trouble with the law for allegedly throwing a glass at a woman in a Orlando nightclub on March 7, 2010. Santonio claimed the woman called him a “f**k n*gger”.

Singer Alecia Moore aka Pink’s husband Carey Hart reportedly had a fling with Jesse James’ tattooed mistress, Michelle “Bombshell” McGee (photos here), according to her ex-husband Shane Modica.

Former “Tonight Show” host Conan O’Brien has landed a new gig – his own late night show on TBS, which is set to be followed by George Lopez’s “Lopez Tonight” starting in November. Team CoCo must be hysterical with the news!

“In three months I’ve gone from network television to Twitter to performing live in theater, and now I’m headed to basic cable,” O’Brien said in the statement. “My plan is working perfectly.”

He also tweeted on Monday (April 12): “The good news: I will be doing a show on TBS starting in November! The bad news: I’ll be playing Rudy on the all new Cosby Show.”

“Dancing With The Stars” Kate Gosselin will be the star of two TLC’s spin-offs of “Jon & Kate Plus 8”, a new reality show titled, “Twist Of Kate”, and several special episodes of “Kate Plus 8”, which are set to air this year. Kate is also set to release a new book (“I Just Want You To Know”) this month.

The 12-episode reality series, “Twist Of Kate”, will feature the mother-of-eight responding to her numerous fans’ letters. Kate will travel the country and visit desperate mothers in an attempt to help them. TLC really doesn’t know what to do with Kate, but they know she is good for ratings.

“I look at it as a loose concept,” Kate on “Twist Of Kate”. “I want to be out there learning from others, helping to provide insight whenever I can, though I don’t consider myself an expert on anything.”

“The fact that people really support me and want the kids and I to do well … is flattering,” she says. “I never understood the importance of fans until we struggled and went through tough times.”

Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James’s mistress #5 is a woman named Merilee Gerth, a mother-of-two who used to be a topless dancer at the Pacers club in San Diego a few years ago.

“Merilee looks like all of Jesse’s other mistresses,” a close friend of hers tells RadarOnline. “She’s in her mid to late thirties, has long black hair, blue eyes, pale skin and is covered in tattoos.” Merilee worked for at West Coast Choppers until her relationship with Jesse ended in 2007 and he fired her.

Merilee hired women’s rights “opportunist” attorney, Gloria Allread, to sue Jesse for sexual harassment. Merilee was not the only one to make such claims (read more details here). She had irrefutable evidence of their affair and they ended up settling it for a six figure amount outside of the court room.
