Poison leader and reality star Bret Michaels was rushed to the hospital with an excruciating headache, which was associated with a massive brain hemorrhage. The 47 year-old is currently in critical condition in the ICU at an undisclosed hospital.

“After several CAT scans, MRIs and an angiogram, [doctors] decided to keep Michaels in the ICU and are running several tests to determine the cause. [It] will be touch and go for the next few days while he is under intense observation,” the source says.

Brett underwent an emergency appendectomy earlier this month followed by a small period in a rehabilitation facility specializing in diabetic patients. The brain hemorrhage could or not be related to his recent surgery or his diabetes. There is no more information at the moment.

“Big Brother” season 9 contestant Matt McDonald was arrested after allegedly brutally attacking his pregnant girlfriend over a nasty argument between them at his home in Boston over the weekend.

Matt’s girlfriend, who is seven weeks pregnant, told the cops they started fighting when he accused her of cheating on him. The woman said Matt started yelling and strangling her, saying, “I hope the baby dies and hope u [sic] have a miscarriage.”

The BB star allegedly accused her of pouring water in his plasma TV and then started to kick her in the collarbone, put her in a headlock and punching her arms. As if beating a woman isn’t cowardly enough, Matt allegedly beat down the woman who is carrying his own child. Sickening!

Reality star Kim Kardashian described her husband Damon Thomas as an aggressive and controlling man, claiming he repeatedly beat her and wanted to know where she was at every minute while they were married, according to newly uncovered court papers from their 2003 divorce.

Damon (photos here) and Kim tied the knot in January 2000 in Las Vegas. Kim was only 19 years old. The two were married for three years during which Kim was victim of domestic abuse – Kim was punched in the face, slammed against the wall and thrown across the room during Damon’s angry outbursts.

Kim’s ex-husband bullied her, offering her money to get plastic surgery to look “better”, forced her to quit jobs, leave college, stop seeing her friends and wanted to convince her that her sisters, Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, and her mom, Kris Jenner, were “evil.” Kim worked as a sales girl at “Body” in LA before Damon made her quit.

Kim wrote in the court reports, “Damon told me not to leave the house unless I first told him when and where I was going. Sometimes, Damon would not allow me to leave. For example, he would not allow me to go to the mall alone, or with friends. He told me that he did not want men to have an opportunity to “hit” on me. He would not allow me to go out to dinner with friends I have known since I was a child. If Damon were not home, I was required to call him and ask permission to leave the house.’

The physical abuse started only a few months after they got married. While the couple went skydiving with Justin Timberlake, Damon allegedly hit Kim in the face, cutting her lip open and she fell to the floor. Another incident happened at Kim’s mom’s house, when she was paging someone and her jealous husband punched her.

“He became enraged and punched me in the face. My face was bruised and swollen as a result,” she said. “I thought about calling the police but was afraid and decided not to do so. On another occasion we were at the marital residence and had an argument. He grabbed my arm and slammed me against the sliding mirror of the closet in our bedroom.”

The violence continued until Damon filed for divorce from Kim in 2003. However, when Kim went to retrieve personal items from the house they shared while married, Damon had another violent outburst, threatening his ex-wife.

“He came at me and slammed me against the closet wall,” she said. “He held me up against the wall with his hands around my neck and threatened to choke me. He then took one hand and punched the wall right next to my head. He then grabbed me by my hair and told me to get out. He put one hand against my back and pushed me up the stairs (the front door is on the ground level and the bedroom is one level below ground). At the top of the stairs, he threw me across the room and I hit my head against the front door. I got up and ran out of the house. I was frightened.”

Absolutely shocking! It’s a shame Kim wasn’t strong enough to get away from an abusive relationship by herself. Damon is a music producer, who worked on the Dreamgirls soundtrack and with a lot of well-known artists like Lionel Richie or Pink.

After getting a divorce, Kim rose to fame after her and Ray J’s infamous sex tape went viral on the internet. Kim recently dumped NFL star Reggie Bush and is rumored to be dating Portuguese soccer player, Cristiano Ronaldo (read more details here).

“Superdaddy”Michael Lohan, who recently announced to be engaged to Jon Gosselin’s ex-girlfriend Kate Major (photos here), is concerned about the future of his two daughters, Lindsay Lohan and Ali Lohan, and decided to go to Lindsay’s apartment accompanied by several deputies to check on the 16 year-old Ali’s welfare (watch Michael’s TMZ interview below).

Michael is basically worried about his younger daughter, who is still a minor and should be under the custody of her mother or being looked after by a responsible guardian, living the same lifestyle her sister adopted. Ali and Lindsay go to several parties together, stay up late and who knows what else…

Ali and Lindsay were recently at the 2010 Coachella Music and Arts Festival this weekend. According to Michael, Ali was in a car with her sister and a driver going over 100mph on their way back from the festival. This info plus the authorities’ concern for Lindsay’s state of mind easily convinced them to do a “welfare check” on Ali.

Michael told in an exclusive TMZ interview, Lindsay desperately needs help because her life is in danger (most people can agree with that – Lindsay has been seen looking wasted, confused and falling all over the place!). As for Ali, Michael wants to prevent her from going the same destructive path as her sister. He wants them to leave LA and seek help in a place where Lindsay can focus and stay away from all the wrong “friends.”

Michael is not the best father in the world. We can all agree he is a pretty bad one. But at the moment, he is the only one trying to do something for Lindsay (and she needs help!!), while mother Dina Lohan is in complete denial, saying her daughter is fine.

Dina is absolutely angry, claiming Michael is dangerous! Dina told TMZ, “I was told by my attorneys not to speak because it is very serious and my ex could be in big trouble. He’s dangerous…. If he can’t get to them he is going to try to hurt them — it’s not good.”

Dina is a dangerous mother! What the heck is her 16 year-old daughter doing in Los Angeles without a guardian? Dina cannot believe Lindsay is able to be a good guardian for her sister? Why isn’t Ali in school? If she is home schooled, why would she be allowed to go party and stay up late with her sister during week nights? Kids and teenagers need rules to become responsible adults, DINA!!

Disney’s planned prequel to The Wizard of Oz tentatively titled The Great Powerful will be in 3D according to the L.A. Times.  When you think of all of the visual candy, literally, from the original Oz, then you know it will parlay wonderfully into the extra dimension.

The project is aiming to shoot in 3-D, with the idea that plenty of Oz set-pieces could benefit from the z-axis treatment, just as they did in “Alice.”

The film doesn’t quite yet have a director but Disney execs are honing in on Sam Mendes who has directed Jarhead, Revolutionary Road, and American Beauty among others.

The Great Powerful will center around ‘The Wizard’ and his life and story before The Wizard of Oz.  Disney is trying to talk Robert Downey Jr. into playing the title role.

There is no turning back! Golfer Tiger Woods and his wife Elin Nordegren, with whom he has two children (Sam, 2, and Charlie, 14 months), are heading for divorce. After Tiger’s “transgressions” were made public, Elin remained silent and apparently at her husband’s side while he was being treated at a rehabilitation center.

Elin also bought a $3 million home in Vaxholm, Sweden last December and his reportedly getting ready to move on with her life thousands of miles away from the golfer. An insider revealed a divorce will happen sooner rather than later but it will take some time to get things settled.

A source said, “It’s 100% happening. Elin and her mom met with a lawyer before they went to Sweden. It’s going to take a long time to go through. [But] she will go through with it. She is all about being a mom. She will do it slowly and carefully.”

Tiger’s wife and the kids are currently visiting family in Stockholm. Elin is working on speeding up the house renovation process as a source said she is planning on spending a lot of time in Sweden. The biggest problem will be the custody of the kids.

The golfer was also seen enjoying a Nickelback concert in Orlando, Florida on Monday (April 19) and he even went to the band’s backstage party. We hope there was no hot cocktail waitresses nearby.
