Tim Urban is our consistent first pick for the bottom three and, unfortunately, Casey James and Siobhan Magnus or Aaron Kelly should join him.

Actor Jesse Metcalfe, who is currently dating actress Cara Santana, apparently joined the Hollywood cheaters club as he was caught passionately kissing a sexy blonde bombshell at the 2010 Coachella Music and Arts Festival over the weekend.

The 31 year-old actor got nervous and angry at WENN photographers when he was caught with his hand in the cookie jar or more specifically groping the hot blonde’s booty.

WENN first reported on their own blog post (and also via BackseatCuddler), “Metcalfe didn’t seem too pleased to have his photo snapped and went into panic mode when he realized he had been caught – and even tried to bribe our photographer into deleting the pictures with cash – to no avail as we can show you the pics right here!!”

Jesse’s rep is doing her job trying to cover up the scandal, firing letters at websites running the story. In fact, WENN retracted their own story (WENN dead link here/cached version and tweet screenshots below removed) as if nothing had ever happened. (We’ve got the screenshots below to show otherwise.)  Metcalfe’s public relations team also emailed BackseatCuddler asking to remove the story, as a courtesy to Jesse.

Jesse’s people explained in an email to BackseatCuddler that the actor broke up with his girlfriend prior to Coachella and was therefore a single man.  BSC editor Bobby Ray Jones responded to Metcalfe’s publicist stating that he believed the BSC story to be true and if not then why the big panic attack to make the photo and story of the random hookup disappear?

Actress Heather Locklear was technically arrested but practically only cited and released for a hit-and-run close to her home in Westlake Village, California on Saturday (April 17). Someone heard a car crash at around 4am but only reported it to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department at 7:48 pm.

There was a knocked over “No Parking” sign and obvious signs a car had gone up the curb, hitting the sign. Deputies investigated the case and linked Heather’s black BMW, which presented damage consistent with the collision and promptly arrested the 48 year-old actress.

A lawyer on behalf of Heather, who was arrested for DUI back in 2008, told TMZ, “Ms. Locklear was cited with a misdemeanor traffic ticket as she is the registered owner of the vehicle. She was never taken into custody. The matter is still being looked into as it is not yet clear who was driving the vehicle.”

Actor Brad Pitt was blessed with generous genes and so was his little brother, Doug Pitt (more pictures below). The photojournalist, accompanied by his wife Lisa Pitt, was named a Goodwill Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania during a gala dinner held at NYC’s Essex House on Monday (April 19).

Unfortunately, Brad was unable to honor brother Doug with his presence because his flight from Italy to New York was cancelled due to volcanic ash from an Icelandic volcano, which is creating chaos for travelers all over Europe. Brad was in Italy to support Angie while she films her latest movie, “The Tourist”.

“I think some things choose you, and Africa and Tanzania have chosen me,” Doug, who is also director of 6000 International, which provides drinking water to people in Africa, said at the event. Doug’s future sister-in-law, Angelina Jolie, was also named a Goodwill Ambassador. The handsome and humanitarian genes run in the family!

“Actress” Tara Reid, who was engaged to her boyfriend Michael Axtmann (more photos here), had recently changed her Facebook status to single and finally confirmed that she call off her engagement. There will be no wedding on May 22, the date set by the lovebirds.

Octomom aka Nadya Suleman was very honest and brave when she dared to open up the doors to her home in an exclusive interview for The Oprah Winfrey Show on Tuesday (April 20). The 34 year-old mother-of-fourteen confessed she feels extremely guilty for being an unemployed mom after she gave birth to her octuplets last year.

“I live every single day every hour of the day with a tremendous amount of guilt,” she went on. “And I feel guilty when I hold the one or two and then that I can’t be there for the others. And they’re crying. And then I feel guilty. Look at the older ones. They all have different unique needs. And I’ll live with this forever. But all I can do now is keep on going, keep moving. Keep on trying to be the most devoted mother I can be.”

Octomom’s house is a complete chaos. There are children everywhere. Elijah, 8; Amerah, 7; Joshua, 6, Aiden, 5 (who’s autistic); twins Caleb and Calyssa, 3; and the 14-month octuplets, Noah, Maliyah, Isaiah, Nariyah, Makai, Josiah, Jeremiah and Jonah. They are so young and need attention to grow up to be healthy, emotionally and physically.

Nadya now recognizes that her unexplainable desire to have that many children was a reckless attempt to fill some missing piece in her own childhood, a deeper connection with other human beings. Nadya takes full responsibility for her mistakes but she does not regret them. How can she? They are kids!

“Looking back, I’ve always coveted that connection, that attachment to another being. And the connection felt safer with children than with a significant other, more predictable,” said Suleman. “The security — I was hungering for the security.”

“We’re surviving,” she said. “We’re so busy going, going, going, moving, moving, moving, trying to keep up that you don’t have time to think, to reflect, to feel anything. And it is a choice. I own all of the responsibility for my poor choices in the past.

“Do I regret [it]?” she then asked. “You can’t regret children. But the choices were childish. They were immature. They were selfish. Are we defined by our choices? Our behavior? Our actions? No. I don’t believe that defines our worth. “I feel as though I wasn’t thinking at that time,” she continued. “If I could go back, would I make different choices? Maybe. At this point, I know and I need to teach my children that we need to learn, we need to grow, we need to keep on growing and transcending, and we need to make the best possible choices. And when we make poor choices, all you can do is really, really learn from that and grow from that. Try not to repeat it.”

This is a very complicated and sad story. Nadya is doing everything she can to provide for her children and has to rely on media appearance for money. This woman is completely insane. She was not fit to have children but she has fourteen children. She desperately needs help, a lot of help!

In the video shown on Oprah, Calyssa is stepping on her brother Noah, kids are crying, playing around and Nadya ends up threatening one of her kids to get up and go to school before child protective services (a new version of the Bogeyman!) take him away.
