Actor Mel Gibson, who reportedly cheated on his wife Robyn with his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva (photos here), also cheated on his mistress with a beautiful Polish porn film producer, Violet Kowal. Mel’s affair with Violet reportedly led to the end of his relationship with Oksana.
