Crystal Bowersox & Lee Dewyze “Falling Slowly” American Idol Top 4 (VIDEO)
The American Idol Season 9 Top 4 finalists, who were mentored by actor/musician Jamie Foxx, performed some of the greatest songs from the movies solo and in a duet on Tuesday (May 11). Crystal Bowersox and Lee Dewyze, who we believe will be battling off for the Idol title in the big finale, took over the stage to perform Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová’s “Falling Slowly” from the movie “Once”, the Oscar winner for ‘Best Song’ in 2008 (watch video below).
Absolutely fantastic! The song was great, their chemistry was fantastic and the moment was precious. They were playing their guitars and it was just a special, magical moment. Kara Dioguardi said this was one of her favorite moments of the entire season. Simon Cowell wouldn’t call that a good song, but he’d call it fantastic.
