Actress Lindsay Lohan has left New York and is currently on her way to Cannes, but her DUI progress report hearing on Thursday (May 20) is the last thing on her mind. In a interview for Hollywood TV, Lindsay sounds like she doesn’t give a damn and she wishes her father would shut up, but she is not afraid of going to jail (watch video below).

Lindsay continues to claims she is in compliance even if she failed to fully complete her traffic school obligations. On the other hand, Lindsay admits that she needs a couple more weeks to finish the required 13 lessons. She needs 4 more lessons to complete the 13 by Thursday.

The 23 year-old has continuously violated her probation, which clearly stated that she had to attend traffic school once every seven days (read more details here). The judge promised Lindsay would go to jail if she violated her probation and if Lindsay didn’t complete the 13 lessons and doesn’t show up, a warrant for her arrest will be issued.
