Souder’s alleged mistress interviewed the Congressman about an abstinence-only education hearing last November (watch video below). Souder was described as “one of the only voices speaking in defense of abstinence education.” The good man was apparently not practicing the abstinence that he preached. If a married man cannot abstain from sex, why would teens do it? Have safe sex!
