Lindsay Lohan Won’t Be Arrested, Celebrates In Cannes (Photos)
Actress Lindsay Lohan, who is still in Cannes but on her way back to the US soon, has quickly posted bail to avoid being arrested as soon as she landed on Uncle Sam’s soil. Lindsay paid $10,000, the standard 10%, to secure bond and the warrant for her arrested was recalled.

Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, will be back in court for the judge to set a date for a probation violation hearing on Monday. The judge believes Lindsay has violated the terms of her probation and suspects she has a drug and alcohol problem (read more details here).
So Lindsay is a free woman again. But she cannot drink alcohol and she will have to submit to random drug testing at least once a week. We don’t think those condition can fit Lindsay’s busy schedule and party lifestyle. Lindsay has actually had quite a party week in Cannes (pictures below) and she didn’t look too concerned with her current situation.
