Reality star Kim Kardashian has recently confessed that she has indeed tried Botox but denies going under the knife in an exclusive interview for ABC’s “Nightline”, which aired on Monday (May 25)- watch video below.

“I’m totally not against plastic surgery,” she explains. “I’ve never had my nose done. I’ve tried Botox before. That’s the only thing that I’ve done.” Kim is 29 years old. Why the heck would she even ruin her face with Botox when she is still so young!?! Crazy!

Still, Kim admits: “What’s funny about my nose, it’s my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done . . . I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn’t — I wouldn’t look the same.”

When asked about her incredible cleavage, Kim says, “Trust me honey. If I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done.” LOL. Kim, do not unleash those puppies!

Kourtney is the only Kardashian sister that admits she have had breast implants, but also points out that it was never a secret. The new mom jokes: “My boobs have like tripled since I started breastfeeding.”

For the record, Kim’s bootylicious behind is 100% natural.
