A 25 year-old Brooklyn exotic dancer, Silvia Mena, is suing Washington Redskins star Albert Haynesworth for $10 million for allegedly getting her pregnant and leaving her after he had promised to be supportive, emotionally and financially. Seriously.

According to the NY Post, Silvia, a Salma Hayek-lookalike, and Albert met in Miami during Super Bowl week and he invited her for a rendezvous at his Tennessee home. She got pregnant. Albert promised to be there for her and now he does not even take her calls.

Silvia claims Albert’s assistant suggested her to seek help with a NFL physician since she doesn’t have money to paid for medical bills, but Silvia fears “some effort might be made to purposefully make her lose the child.” Silvia’s lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo, said, “This man is worth millions. She has had to apply for Medicaid to take care of her pregnancy.”
