UPDATE Shannon Price, Gary Coleman’s Wife, Pulled The Plug Of Life Support

Actor Gary Coleman is currently fighting for his life in a hospital in Utah after suffering a head injury as a result of a fall on Wednesday (May 26). Gary, who has a intracranial hemorrhage, has slipped into a coma and is currently on life support, according to ABC News (watch video below).

Gary’s wife, Shannon Price, has released the following statement: “Gary was taken to the hospital with a serious medical problem yesterday, we are asking for everyone’s prayers at this time. We hope those prayers are answered and that Gary will be able to recover and return home soon.”

Gary’s health is fragile. The 42 year-old underwent two kidney transplants in 1973 and 1984 due to a chronic condition called nephritis. Last fall, Gary also had heart surgery which was complicated by pneumonia.
