Actress Megan Fox will not be in Transformers 3, Paramount Pictures has confirmed. Director Michael Bay, who certainly is not a big fan of the actress, was apparently already looking for a new love interest for Shia LaBeouf. He really wanted Megan out.

The truth is Megan was the one to say “No” to another Transformers movie, according to the actress’ rep. “Megan Fox will not be starring in Transformers 3,” reps for the actress, 24, tell People. “It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best.”

Megan made a very wise decision. The second movie was a failure and she needs to embrace new challenges. So Megan was not dumped, she did the dumping. Take that, Bay! Even Shia recently said the sequel sucked, so why would the “threequel” be any better?

Rocker Bret Michaels gave his very first TV interview after suffering a brain hemorrhage to Oprah on The Oprah Winfrey Show Wednesday (May 19)- watch video below. Bret revealed he is still having trouble moving his legs, but he is currently doing twice the physical therapy to speed up his recovery.

Bret knows that he was extremely lucky. His 9 year-old daughter Raine said in a taped video, “To think that my dad wouldn’t be growing up with me and my dad wouldn’t be walking me down the aisle for my wedding, it was just really heartbreaking.”

The 47 year-old could not hold back tears when he heard that from his baby girl: “That’s what you think about,” after you suffer such a harrowing ordeal. “It gave me this unsinkable strength. It gave me this amazing courage to want to survive.” Bret is a fighter!

Who will be sent home on Idol tonight? This is the night! The most important night of the life of two contestants who will have the opportunity to fight for the Idol title next week. Lee Dewyze’s two performances were absolutely incredible and we believe we can declare Lee safe and in the final two. Crystal Bowersox, who was the early favorite, didn’t manage to go beyond of what we already know she is capable of, but her performances are always good. Casey James is the weakest link.

And, contrary to what we have been predicting all season, Crystal may lose the Idol title to Lee after his incredible performances last night. Go Lee!!

UPDATE: This is it! Ryan talks to each contestant about their experience on the show. They are all happy to have come so far. Crystal Bowersox, who is a single mom and suffers from diabetes, claims she is the healthiest she has ever been.

UPDATE 2: The top 3 returned to their hometowns and were received like rock stars. Casey James was pleasantly surprised but he really wanted to see his family. Casey made a special visit to the hospital where he spent a lot of time after being in a motorcycle accident.

UPDATE 3: Celeb blogger Perez Hilton is there to present his latest “creation”, Travis Garland. Perez says he is better than Justin Timberlake. Really? NO way. Who cares? Go away. We want Bieber! I mean, we want the results. Travis’ performance = major FAIL!

UPDATE 4: Ryan Seacrest announces the auditions for season 10 will begin this summer. It’s time for Crystal to go back to her hometown. She visits her family and gets a bit emotional when she sings to her hometown fans. Cute. And, finally Lee Dewyze returns to Chicago. He goes visit his old school and the kids go crazy. Lee also visited his old job, colleagues and family. Crazy, crazy, crazy.

Golf legend Chi Chi Rodriguez was robbed at gunpoint in his own home in Puerto Rico on Wednesday morning (May 19). The 74 year-old said that four guys broke in at around 1:30 am, while he and his wife were sleeping.

One of the men tied up a security guard and another had a pistol. Then, they tied both Chi Chi and his wife too, but according to the golfer they were “gentle and very respectful of my wife.” No one was injured doing the robbery, but the thieves took jewelry, cash, personal belongings and even Chi Chi’s wife wedding ring right off her finger.

Lindsay Lohan: “The dog ate my passport!”

Actress Lindsay Lohan will not be able to arrive on time for her court hearing tomorrow because she claims someone stole her passport in Cannes, France. The 24 year-old says she tried to get on a flight without her passport yesterday but was not allowed.

Lindsay scheduled an appointment with the US Embassy tomorrow at 9am to get another passport, but her hearing is at 8:30 am in Los Angeles. There is an 8 or 9 hour difference between Cannes and California, which means Linday cannot make it in time. Not even Lindsay can defy the laws of physics.

Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, tells TMZ, “I was on the phone with Lindsay’s assistant the entire night and we’re doing everything we can to resolve this issue and get her back to L.A. Lindsay is distraught because it was her intention to get back to L.A. today to do more alcohol education classes and appear in court tomorrow.”

Judge Marsha Revel was clear: if Lindsay doesn’t show up and/or she violated her probation, she will go to jail and there’s nothing anyone can do to help her. So a warrant for Lindsay’s arrest should be issued on Thursday morning (May 20). The actress failed to complete her alcohol education classes, only attending 10 of 13.

Right On Programs, where Lindsay is taking her alcohol education classes, only has nice things to say about the actress. Program officials say, “Her attitude is positive and receptive to ideas regarding lifestyle changes. She has never come [to class] under the influence, been rude or disrespectful. Lindsay attends regularly and consistently communicates in a timely manner to reschedule if necessary. At this time, Lindsay is in program compliance.”

Lindsay may be in program compliance, but she is not in compliance with the judge’s orders – she had to attend at least once every 7 days and complete at least 13 classes. In conclusion, Lindsay will go to jail.

The 23 year-old student Adam Wheeler, who is accused of faking his entry into Harvard University, and getting thousands of dollars in scholarships and financial aid, has pled not guilty to 20 different charges, including identity fraud, larceny and forgery (watch video below).

Adam has been living a lie, faking his entire education, duping college and scholarship officials by using very realistic fake transcripts and documents. Adam also allegedly used a fake resume to apply for a prestigious literary internship with The New Republic.

The fake senior student was caught when he applied for the Rhodes and Fulbright scholarships, sending his perfect fake resume and a list of books and articles he claimed to have written. A Harvard professor finally noticed some texts may have been plagiarized and they started to investigate Adam’s record.

Former Miss Russia and Miss Universe semifinalist, Anna Malova was arrested as she walked out of a pharmacy on 6th Avenue in Greenwich Village and charged with criminal possession of narcotics, forgery and criminal impersonation of a physician.

Anna, who was crowned Miss Russia twelve years ago back in 1998, apparently stole a prescription pad from her doctor and wrote out phony prescriptions for painkillers. The 38 year-old has a license to practice medicine in Russia but not in the USA. Anna was arrested for petty larceny for the same crime less than three months ago.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s wife Mary Richardson Kennedy was arrested for DUI after she was stopped by an officer who saw her run over a curb in Westchester County on Saturday (May 15).

Mary’s blood alcohol level was over the legal limit of 0.08 at 0.11 percent and she was promptly arrested. The police had been at her home twice this week before the arrest, but apparently it had nothing to do with alcohol and no arrests were made. Mary is married to Robert, who is the son of Sen. Robert Kennedy and nephew of President John F. Kennedy.
