Actress Christian Serratos, who is best known for her role as Angela Weber in The Twilight Saga, stripped off her clothes to pose in sexy lingerie for Maxim Magazine. Chef Juan Carlos Cruz was recently arrested for suspicion of solicitation to commit murder and the target was his wife (mugshot here). The former Food Network host wanted to hire three homeless dudes, instructing them to “cut a woman’s throat”. Cruz also explaining the woman had recently inherited fortune, which apparently never existed. The police hasn’t been able to determine the real motive yet.

Cruz first contacted Little Dave, offering a grand for the service and giving him a box which contained a box cutter, disposable cell phone, gloves and a pocket watch. Cruz paid half (he actually ripped the 100 dollar bills in half!) and promised to give him the other half of the money when the job was done.

Dave told the story to his fellow homeless partner, Shane, who called Cruz on the disposable cell phone to plan the murder. A third homeless guy, Big Dave, also got involved.

The three men and Cruz met in Santa Monica, where the chef showed a picture of the target (his wife!) and went over the plan – Cruz picked his wife up at some place every day and they would show up and as she was getting in the car, they were supposed to slit her throat.

Meanwhile, Big Dave was arrested and decided to tell the cops about Cruz’s plan. The cops asked the three men to help them bust Cruz. They set up a meeting with Cruz and he came up with a new plan – he would give them the code to his apartment and one of them would be inside as strangle her as soon as she walked in. Cruz even showed Big Dave his apartment and how to escape security cameras.

Actress Lindsay Lohan has left New York and is currently on her way to Cannes, but her DUI progress report hearing on Thursday (May 20) is the last thing on her mind. In a interview for Hollywood TV, Lindsay sounds like she doesn’t give a damn and she wishes her father would shut up, but she is not afraid of going to jail (watch video below).

Lindsay continues to claims she is in compliance even if she failed to fully complete her traffic school obligations. On the other hand, Lindsay admits that she needs a couple more weeks to finish the required 13 lessons. She needs 4 more lessons to complete the 13 by Thursday.

The 23 year-old has continuously violated her probation, which clearly stated that she had to attend traffic school once every seven days (read more details here). The judge promised Lindsay would go to jail if she violated her probation and if Lindsay didn’t complete the 13 lessons and doesn’t show up, a warrant for her arrest will be issued.

Heavy metal singer/songwriter Ronnie James Dio was reportedly hospitalized. Dio has been battling stomach cancer since last year and is being treated at a hospital in Houston, Texas. Dio’s condition isn’t exactly the best, but it seems like he is the latest victim of a celebrity death hoax that once again quickly spread via Twitter. As far as we know, Dio is alive and recovering well.

Dio is currently married to Wendy Galaxiola, who is also his manager. On May 14, 2010, Wendy gave an update on Dio’s condition, saying, “It has been Ronnie’s 7th chemo, another cat scan and another endoscopy, and the results are good – the main tumour has shrunk considerably, and our visits to Houston (cancer clinic in Texas) are now every three weeks instead of every two weeks.”

Actors Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ 4 year-old daughter, Suri Cruise is treated like a real princess, everything she wants, she gets and an expensive wardrobe is just the beginning. Suri is well known as a mini-fashionista who wears designers’ bags, clothes, shoes, including high heels, and even lip gloss.

Former Food Network Chef Juan Carlos Cruz was arrested on suspicion of solicitation to commit murder in Santa Monica, California on Thursday (May 13) after he allegedly asked homeless guys to kill someone in a murder plot.

The homeless individuals went to the police and helped in the investigation. The person Juan Carlos intended to kill, who was not identified, has been notified and the Chef is currently being held on $5 million bail.

The video of a group of five 7 year-old girls dancing provocatively to Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” in midriff-tops, short shorts and black stockings at the World Dance Competition last month has been causing a lot of controversy. Are the girls’ dance skills incredible? Yes. Was the dance too sensual and sexual for 7 years old? Definitely.

Their parents should be supportive of their passion for dance, but they should also protect their little girls. They could have showed the world how incredibly good they are with a more suitable wardrobe and performance for their age. Seriously, no 7 year-old should know how to shake their booty and rotate their hips like that.

British model/actress Charlotte Lewis, who appeared in the movie “Pirates” directed by Roman Polanski, hold a press conference with her attorney, Gloria Allred, to reveal the director sexually abused her in “the worst possible way” when she was only 16 years old and four years after he fled the USA to avoid sentencing for unlawful intercourse with a 13 year-old girl back in 1978.

Charlotte said, “In addition to the fact that both myself and his previous victim were underage, I believe that there are other similarities in the crime that he committed. Mr. Polanski knew that I was only 16 years old when he met me and forced himself upon me in his apartment in Paris. He took advantage of me and I have lived with the effects of his behavior ever since it occurred. All I want is justice.”

Allred said, “If Charlotte’s allegations are accepted as true; then Mr. Polanski was able to victimize another child while he was a fugitive from justice.” The authorities have been told about Charlotte’s story. She is actually brave to come in the other victim’s (Samantha Geimer – photos) defense when it doesn’t seem like Roman will ever pay for his crimes, no matter what hidden agenda she might have. Charlotte may be planning to write a book.

There is only one small problem about these accusations – the legal age of consent in Paris is 15 years old. So legally we are not sure if Roman can be prosecuted for any crime there, but if taken in consideration, it would show a certain pattern of behavior.

The 76 year-old director had been a fugitive for more than 30 years when he was arrested in Switzerland last September. Roman remains under house arrest in his luxurious mansion and is fighting extradition to the US, where he faces up to two years in jail.

The 42 year-old Charlotte has been romantically linked to several celebrities like Charlie Sheen, Eric Clapton and Eddie Murphy. She has also posed for Playboy back in 1993 (photos below).
