After hearing Fantasia performing live, we realized that this season’s finalists aren’t as bad. Seriously. We love Fantasia but that was “pitchy” all over the place. The expectations were high since she was, in fact, a winner. Fantasia also talked about how her daughter, who was only two years old when she won, is now 9 and probably taller than Simon Cowell. Blah.

Who will get the boot on Idol tonight? This is it! The final three will be revealed tonight. Unless something completely shocking and unexpected happens, Crystal Bowersox and Lee Dewyze, who performed an incredible duet last night (videos below), will be safe and in the TOP 3. That means Michael ‘Big Mike’ Lynche and Casey James will be in the bottom two.

Big Mike has proven to be a more consistent performer. On the other hand, Casey has the fantastic guitar skills and the looks. Who should stay and who should go home? That is one tough question. I’m torn between these two. They have both been in the bottom 2 before. They are completely different talents. Big Mike was saved by the judges earlier on the competition or he wouldn’t even be here. Unfortunately, I believe Big Mike will be kicked off.

UPDATE: Here we go. This is American Idol! 37 million votes. Our Top 3 will be revealed soon. Fantasia sings “Bittersweet“, which is kind of ironic after all the ups and downs she has been through since she won the Idol title.

UPDATE 2: The classic Ford video with our fabulous four on vacation. The top 3 will be allowed to go back home and be the stars of their hometown. They want to go back to their homes and families. Nice! It will be an emotional journey. The contestants families are on stage, cheering for their Idol.

UPDATE 3: The results: OMG!! Casey James is SAFE! In the top 3. NO way. That was too easy. Will Crystal and Lee be in danger? We still believe Big Mike will be voted off… but we are not as sure as we were before. Casey was the first of the four to secure a spot in the TOP THREE.

UPDATE 4: Daughtry performs “September”. Frontman Chris Daughtry is one of the most successful Idols of all time. Chris leaves the fab four good advice: stay true to yourself and never take anything for granted.

UPDATE 5: And we want more results. Lee Dewyze is SAFE and in the final three of American Idol Season 9. I’m so happy Lee is safe but this was just not expected. Big Mike Lynche vs. Crystal Bowersox: who will get the boot??

UPDATE 7: Big Mike Lynche vs. Crystal Bowersox. Crystal is in the Top 3. As we predicted, it’s the end of the road for Big Mike. We spent good moments with Mike. And we loved his duet with Casey last night. Congrats, Big Mike. He sings “Will You Be There” for his baby girl and his wife! Aw. Sweet.

The 12 year-old 6th grader, Greyson Michael Chance has become an overnight superstar after a video of him playing the piano and singing Lady GaGa’s hit “Paparazzi” went viral. WOW! This kid is incredibly talented. WOW!

The “Little Monster”, as GaGa would call him, was invited to appear on The Ellen DeGeneres show on Thursday. Greyson is a big fan of the eccentric singer. “Lady Gaga is a freak but she has so much talent and her style of music is what I would like mine to be when I’m older,” he wrote on his YouTube page.

Seriously? Justin Bieber, who? Greyson deserves a standing ovation!

“Diff’rent Strokes” star Dana Plato’s son, Tyler Lambert, who had been struggling with his mother’s suicide at the age of 36 for exactly eleven years, sadly took his own life at the young age of 25. Tyler, a young cameraman and amateur songwriter, died a gunshot wound to the head on May 6, 2010. Mother Dana had died from a prescription pill overdose around Mother’s Day on May 9, 1999.

Tyler’s paternal grandmother Joni Richardson said,“It’s a shame that such a talented human being would do this with his life. He had all the opportunities in the world and we just can’t understand it. He was talking so sweet to me on the phone that morning. But you never can tell what’s in their mind. Our lives have just been wrapped around him. It’s just devastating.”

Tyler’s body was cremated and there will be no memorial. So sad. We cannot imagine the pain this kid has to suffer after his mom died. R.I.P. Tyler Lambert.

South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford admitted that he has reunited with his mistress, Argentinean Maria Belen Chapur, during a romantic rendezvous over the weekend in Florida. Sanford, whose wife Jenny Sanford recently filed for divorce, wanted to see if he and Maria could start over and rekindle their torrid romance.

Singer/songwriter Alicia Keys just released the music video for her new single “Unthinkable (I’m Ready)”, co-starring “One Tree Hill” star Chad Michael Murray, who plays her love interest (watch music video below).

The video directed by Jake Nava tells the story of interracial couples through the years with the intention of adressing the very difficult subject of racism, which is still very much alive in the 21st century.

Reality star Heidi Montag 3.0 is basically being held hostage inside a very messy home by her husband Spencer Pratt, who even invited a former Marine to stay with them and be Heidi’s guard. Insane. But we are talking about Speidi.

An insider, a frequent visitor of Speidi’s house, revealed their home is a complete mess. Spencer’s things: crystals, stacks of his screenplays and other junk are all over the living room and kitchen. The dogs do their thing anywhere and everywhere, which leaves Heidi on the verge of tears. Spencer reportedly orders her to clean up and shut up.

“Their four dogs aren’t housebroken,” an insider tells Life & Style. “They go to the bathroom all over the house. Heidi is sometimes near tears at the dogs’ mess, but Spencer just orders her to pick it up.”

Spencer denies these allegations and claims to be absolutely absorbed in work. “It’s true, I do have a Marine in the house,” Spencer tells Life & Style. “He’s helping me write a script. And yes, we’ve been out of the house only three times this month, but that’s because I’m busy working on several business ventures.”

“Harry Potter” star Emma Watson took legal action after an allegedly fake nude picture of the actress was leaked this week. The image, which is now no where to be found online, was allegedly digitally altered and there are no naked pictures of Hermione.

Emma’s rep told The Sun, “If you look at it you will see that the head is marginally too big for the body (but clearly too big!) and the angle of the face is physically impossible with the body in that position.”
