How do I say this delicately? I love Casey but this performance was a complete disaster. Please, save Casey! Ellen DeGeneres said he was clearly nervous and looked a bit stiff. Kara KioGuardi, the cougar, thought he sounded like an annoying lamb and needs to work on his vibrato. Simon Cowell said Casey came over a bit awkward and embarrassed. Harry Connick, Jr. on Casey’s defense said you can’t hear a thing on stage. The truth is Casey needs the guitar to feel comfortable on stage…

The American Idol Season 9 Top 5 finalists, who were mentored by actor/musician Harry Connick, Jr., tackled some songs from Frank Sinatra’s musical repertoire in a night dedicated to ‘The Voice’ on Tuesday (May 4). Aaron Kelly dared to sing one of the most iconic and beautiful songs of Sinatra’s songbook, “Fly Me To The Moon” (watch video below).

Aaron delivered a good performance. Randy Jackson and Ellen DeGeneres loved it. But both Kara DioGuardi and Simon Cowell thought Aaron lacked charisma and the confidence necessary to perform such a big song. Simon also said Aaron’s vocals were a bit “corny” and this time, we knew exactly what he meant.

Who was eliminated on Dancing With The Stars? The six remaining celebrities and their professional dance partners pushed the limits to deliver fantastic displays of technique and performance on the dance floor during the Dancing With The Stars live show on Monday (May 4)- watch videos below. In the end, the couples were divided into two teams (Team GaGa and Team Madonna) for the Cha Cha Challenge, which was won by Team GaGa (Nicole Scherzinger, Pamela Anderson and Chad Ochocinco –watch video here).

Evan Lysacek earned the perfect score (30 – 10+10+10) with his Argentine Tango, but we think Nicole is a stronger dancer and she can dance anything, everything. The standards for Nicole were set too high and the judges end up picking on very subtle details that they wouldn’t normally criticize.

So who will be in the bottom two this week? This is going to be tough. They are all good dancers in their own way. Niecy Nash and Pamela Anderson are in the bottom of the scoreboard and should be in our bottom two tonight. Unfortunately, we will have to say goodbye to one of them. Niecy brings so much energy and fun to the dance floor that we don’t want her to leave. And on the other hand, Pamela is so sexy, sensual and a great dancer.

UPDATE: The first results of the night: Nicole Sherzinger and Erin Andrews – one of them is in the bottom two! SHOCKING! Erin is in the bottom two! We did not expect this! Nicole is safe, of course. The six celebs are all at the top of their game.

UPDATE 2: The encore performance of the night is the Cha Cha by Team GaGa. Pamela Anderson is injured and was replaced by Chelsie Hightower, who left the competition last week when Jake Pavelka was eliminated.

UPDATE 3: Train performs. More results. Chad Ochocinco and Evan Lysacek are called to the center of the stage. Evan is SAFE! Chad still in jeopardy.

UPDATE 4: Pamela claims she is OK but didn’t want to aggravate her small injury. Niecy Nash claims she will do everything for the DWTS trophy, including a wardrobe malfunction. More results: it’s between Pamela Anderson and Niecy Nash. Niecy is surprisingly SAFE!! Pamela still in jeopardy.

UPDATE 5: Circ du Soleil performs an Elvis tribute. Chad Ochocinco vs. Pamela Anderson: who will be in the bottom two with Erin Andrews?? Train returns to perform “Drops Of Jupiter“. We remember this one. Love it!

The LA County Coroner is finally about to release Corey Haim’s official autopsy results, in which they concluded the actor died of natural causes. As we had previously reported, Corey suffered from a heart condition which in combination with pneumonia led to his tragic death.

Corey had hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which means that the muscles in his heart thickened, making it hard for blood to flow, and suffered from diffuse alveolar damage (respiratory distress).  There were traces of different drugs in Corey’s system but nothing that could have caused his death.

According to TMZ, Corey’s mother, Judy Haim, told the police that “she emptied the other bottles into the toilet (7 pills of muscle relaxer Carisoprodol) because she didn’t want anyone else to get hold of the medication and she didn’t know the police would be responding to her residence.” She also revealed Corey may have used marijuana a couple of days before his death. Case closed.

Bret Michaels’ doctor, Dr. Joseph Zabramski, gave an update of the rocker’s health condition in a long press conference held at the Barrow Neurological Institute, Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona on Tuesday (May 4). Bret has already been released only 12 days after suffering a brain hemorrhage and is currently at an undisclosed location for the long process of recovery.

“He’s improving and I expect him to continue to improve,” says Zabramski. “I really expect that he will fortunately make a 100 percent recovery. He’s just one of those lucky people – 10 to 20 percent who make a complete recovery and can resume all of their normal activities.”

Good news: Bret is expected to make a 100% recovery. Despite Bret’s plans to go back on tour later this month, his doctor claims the complete recovery will take several weeks. Bret apparently also promised his doctors to follow their recommendations and not rush into anything.

Pakistani-born US citizen Faisal Shahzad was taken off a plane about to fly to Dubai in the Middle East and arrested last night for the failed Times Square bombing attempt (read more details here). FBI and NYPD detectives prevented the suspect, who claims to have acted alone, from escaping.

Faisal reportedly made a last-minute flight reservation on his way to the JFK Airport and paid for his ticket in cash. The airline immediately flagged the reservation and alerted the police. Faisal will face terrorism and weapons of mass destruction charges.

According to the latest reports, Faisal’s cell phone, e-mail and networking sites like Orkut and Facebook helped find the suspect. Faisal had been given the US citizenship last year and he had passed all background checks.

Bones’ star David Boreanaz’s wife, Jaime Bergman, who lives in Utah, can legally sue the unnamed woman her husband had an affair with for “alienation of affection” if she believes the woman intended to breakup their marriage.

David’s mistress has been trying to get more money from the actor to keep her silence and not go public with their affair (read more details here). This woman hired Gloria Allred, who is also the lawyer of Tiger Woods’ mistress #1 Rachel Uchitel, who is also rumored to have had an affair with the actor (photos here). Dramatic!

David claims he felt blackmailed and extorted by the woman and her lawyer Allred and decided to go public with his declaration of guilt. Allred claims that it was David’s lawyer, Marty Singer, who contacted her client first.

Allred says, “My client has not told her story to the press, but now that Mr. Boreanaz is attacking her she has decided to tell the story of their relationship, so that the truth will come out.”

Singer tells TMZ, “On April 23, the woman left a very threatening message that she was going to the media, that my client had not given her enough money … It is true I did leave a message for the woman because of the extortionist threat she left with my client. On Monday, I received a call from Gloria Allred and she told me the woman was looking to get paid at least 6 figures.”

Thank you, David for finally calling it exactly what it is – blackmail and extortion! All those settlements Allred has been getting for the mistress club (Tiger Woods, Jesse James…) are just a “legal” type of extortion.

Actor Jude Law and Sienna Miller have reconciled and rekindle their romance, going public for the first time on the red carpet of the Costume Institute Gala Benefit to celebrate the opening of the “American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity exhibition held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art In New York City on Monday (May 3).

The couple looked totally happy and absolutely flawless. Jude and Sienna called off their engagement back in 2005 following rumors that he had a sexual affair with his children’s nanny, Daisy Wright. They reunited late last year after Jude welcomed his third child, baby Sophia with Samantha Burke (first pictures here), and Sienna ended a torrid relationship with married actor Balthazar Getty.
