Who Will Win Dancing With The Stars 2010? The Final 3, Erin Andrews, Evan Lysacek and Nicole Scherzinger, will take over the dance floor for their final chance to battle for the DWTS champion title on Monday (May 24) and the winner will be crowned on Tuesday (May 25). The contestants had to practice four routines this week to perform during the big season finale of Dancing With The Stars.

The DWTS season 10 contestants will all return to the dance floor for a final dance on the show. There are a couple of surprises stored for us during the two-night season finale. Jake Pavelka will be performing with his fiancé Vienna Girardi instead of his professional dance partner Chelsie Hightower. And Kate Gosselin promised to go down in style with an incredible performance with her partner Tony Dovolani that will include “flying” (oh boy!).

Our sexy bombshell Pamela Anderson will also make a triumphant return, dancing a romantic Rumba described as the “hottest dance yet” with her partner Damian Whitewood. Pammy will set the dance floor on fire!! We expect nothing less from Dam and Pam.

On Monday (May 24), the FINAL THREE will dance two rounds: the freestyle round and the redemption round, in which the contestants will have to dance the style the judges thought they did not do as well with a new song and new choreography. Nicole will dance a Rumba, Erin a Samba and Evan the Viennese Waltz. Seriously? We all know Evan cannot do Latin dances because he is always too stiff to loosen up and be sexy and the judges chose a Viennese Waltz for him? Not fair!

• Nicole Scherzinger was without a doubt the strongest, most consistent, intense, fierce, energetic, and exciting dancer and performer of this season. She is the fair winner of Dancing With The Stars’ Mirrorball trophy. (2:1)

• Evan Lysacek is without a doubt one of the best male dancers on the show ever. His technique is incredible, but his performances haven’t been consistent throughout the season. (5:1)

• Erin Andrews is a perfectionist. She is not the greatest dancer in the world but she worked hard and improved a lot during the competition. We believe Erin is out of the 1st place race but has confidently secured the honorable 3rd place. (10:1)

Who Will Win? Evan Lysacek vs. Nicole Scherzinger. Both Nicole and Evan have the same number of perfect scores, but Nicole has higher scores overall. Nicole has a lot of dancing experience and Evan is not an amateur either. They are both determined to win so let the best dancer take home the trophy on Tuesday night!

Kate also got a job as a special Dancing With The Stars correspondent for Entertainment Tonight. “[It] has been extremely exciting to hold a microphone, and I found that I am loving this side of it,” Kate told People. “I can talk. We all knew that, and so I really enjoy it.”

The mother-of-eight confessed she actually had a lot of fun and learned a lot on the show. Kate said she missed being on the show and that she suffered from post-DWTS depression. However, she has been pretty busy with the launch of her new book, new reality series, manicures, pedicure and, of course, taking care of her children.

Slipknot bassist Paul Gray (aka #2 or ‘The Pig‘) was found dead in his hotel room by an employee at the TownePlace Suites in Iowa on Monday morning (May 24). Paul was 38 years old. There is no evidence of foul play and the cause of death is still unknown.

The original Pussycat Dolls lineup fell apart but Nicole Scherzinger, who is the only original Doll who could actually sing, continues to lead the group. Choreographer Robin Antin, creator of the Dolls, claimed changes had to be made and four new girls were selected to be the next hot and fierce Dolls.

The new Dolls are: “So You Think You Can Dance” / “Fame” star Kherington Payne, “America’s Best Dance Crew” / former Harajuku Girl Rino Nakasone-Razalan, Lakers Girl Vanessa Curry and former Girlicious Jamie Lee Ruiz. They performed together for the first time at a private party in Los Angeles on Friday (May 21).

Rep. Nikki Haley, who is fighting to become the state of South Carolina first female governor, has been accused of cheating on her husband by a conservative blogger named Will Folks, who claims he had an affair with Nikki several years ago before he was married (more photos below).

“The truth in this case is what it is,” Folks wrote on his blog. “Several years ago, prior to my marriage, I had an inappropriate physical relationship with Nikki.” Folks is allegedly trying to defend himself because someone has leaked proof of their affair to mainstream media.

“This network of operatives has made it abundantly clear that in the process of ‘taking down’ Rep. Haley, they will also stop at nothing to humiliate me, destroy my family and take a sizable chunk out of the credibility this website has managed to amass for itself,” wrote Folks.

South Carolina Governor candidate vehemently denied this accusations. “I have been 100 percent faithful to my husband throughout our 13 years of marriage. This claim against me is categorically and totally false,” Haley, a 38-year-old mother of two, said in a statement. “It is quite simply South Carolina politics at its worst.”

The conservative blogger worked for Mark Sanford as a spokesman and Nikki is Sanford’s protégé. Nikki Haley, who is benefitting from endorsements from South Carolina’s First Lady Jenny Sanford and former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, claims she is a victim of dirty politics. Then Nikki should sue Mr. Folks for defamation.

Actress Lindsay Lohan, who reportedly lost her passport in Cannes preventing her from attending the court hearing last week, is finally going to suffer the consequences of her reckless behavior. Judge Marshal Revel is sick of Lindsay’s excuses and irresponsibility.

The judge had no mercy. After Lindsay missed her court hearing on Thursday (May 20), the judge issued a warrant for her arrested. Lindsay posted bail and probably thought she would be able to do everything she wanted. The judge was clear – Lindsay will remain free only if she attends alcohol education once a week, does no drugs or alcohol, submits to random drug testing and wears a SCRAM bracelet.

Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, told the judge Lindsay could not wear a bracelet since she was going to film a movie in Texas and asked if Lindsay could complete her alcohol classes in one week. Well Judge Revel did not like what she heard.

The judge said “NO”. Lindsay will have to stay in the LA area. She can’t go to Texas to shoot her new movie and that’s her problem. Lindsay will also have to attend one class every week to complete her alcohol ed – if she wants to attend more than one class a week fine but she must attend one every week unless she has to reschedule to take a random drug test. No more excuses or she will go to jail.

Another hearing was scheduled for July 6 to determine if Lindsay has violated her probation. If so, she can face up to 180 days in jail. Lindsay looked exhausted, sad and terrified at the hearing today.
