Dancing With The Stars winner Nicole Scherzinger is reportedly threatening to sue several adult sites for posting naked, nude pictures of a woman who is identified as the Pussycat Dolls’ singer in very compromising positions.

“Nicole is humiliated and outraged. She intends to take legal action and force the sites to take these things down,” blabs a spy, who describes the photos as “gross and disgusting.”

The photos seem to be Photoshopped to display Nicole’s head on another woman’s body. Despite being 100% fake according to the singer, the pictures have already damaged her image and led to the delay of her wedding to British race driver Lewis Hamilton.

A source tells National Enquirer, “Lewis realizes that the photos are not Nicole and he’s been extremely supportive, but he’s suggested slowing down the wedding schedule from fall until winter when this scandal has blown over.”

We saw the pictures in question and we can guarantee the woman in the photos is not Nicole. Someone apparently had too much time on their hands and decided to stain Nicole’s reputation. Nicole posed provocatively for tasteful photo shoots for Maxim and Blender Magazine.
