Globe Publishes Gary Coleman’s Last Photo (GRAPHIC Pic)

Actor Gary Coleman, who recently passed away after a fall at home, left a very enigmatic two-page will that was filed in a Provo, Utah court on Tuesday (June 8). The 42 year-old requests that his remains be cremated and makes restrictions to who is allowed to attend his funeral.

The actor wanted only “those who have no financial ties to me and who can look each other in the eyes and say they really cared personally for Gary Coleman,” according to the will.

In addition, “I direct my personal representative to permit no members of the press to be present at my wake or funeral,” the will states.

Gary’s will was written back in 1999 and appoints his former manager Dion Mial as the executor of his estate, giving him the power to arrange the funeral, asses the value of the estate and make certain decision on how to manage his money according to a trust.

“Before anyone gets paid, his medical and funeral bills have to be covered first,” Mial’s attorney Kent Alderman tells People. “Whatever’s left after that will be distributed according to his trust.”

Apparently Gary’s has another will. According to his wife Shannon Price, Gary made another will back in 2007, in which he apparently leaves her everything. The only problem is that Gary and Shannon’s divorce reportedly actually nullifies that will. Shannon gets nothing!

Dion Mial claims that Shannon “has been removing personal property from [Coleman's] home which has not been inventoried or accounted for.” Shannon is also the person responsible for taking pictures of the dying Gary, which have already been sold to a tabloid.
