Heidi fears she is pregnant with Spencer’s baby since she has been feeling bloated and nauseous, so she reportedly sent her new BFF, Jennifer Bunney (pictured above), to a pharmacy in Malibu to pick up a pregnancy test.
“She and Spencer had an active sex life right up until the day she walked out the door, and she was terrified that she could be pregnant,” a friend tells Star. “This is the last thing she needs right now.”
