The guys are challenged to write a love poem for a poetry contest in which the winner gets the chance of enjoying a one-on-one date with Ali. Who chose the winner? ALI! The boys and Ali will go spelunking in a beautiful Icelandic cave during the group date and things will get steamy during a hot dip in a geothermal spa. Hot!

Ali and the nine remaining bachelors arrive in Iceland for horseback riding, spelunking, dunking in a geothermal spa and a revelation. There’s also a poetry contest, with the winner touring Reykjavik with Ali, and a two-on-one date to an erupting volcano and an ice cave. Only one of those two guys return with Ali, and the other is left standing alone on a glacier without a rose. At the rose ceremony another guy is sent packing, leaving seven bachelors to accompany her to the tour’s next stop: Istanbul, Turkey. (source: ABC)

Kirk DeWindt writes the most awfully cheesy love poem ever and Ali loves it. Kirk wins the one-on-one date, seduces Ali (remember they shared one steamy bed scene in episode 3) and gets his rose.

Justin “Rated R” Rego and Kasey Kahl go face-to-face in the two-on-one date (aka rose or go date). Ali will make one very bad decision and will leave Kasey on a glacier in the middle of nowhere after seeing the tattoo he just got to prove his love for her is sincere (photos here).
