NFL Hall Of Famer Lawrence Taylor was officially indicted on rape charges related to an incident with an underage prostitute in a Holiday Inn in New York on May 6, 2010.

Lawrence, who was charged with sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a child, and patronizing a prostitute, claims he did not know the girl was underage and they did not engage in sexual intercourse. The 51 year-old is planning to use the masturbation defense.

Lawrence’s agent says their legal team “made a strategic decision to not put any of our evidence in front of the grand jury. We look forward to presenting our evidence at the appropriate time.”
