Miley Cyrus Crotch Photos Are Totally Legal
Singer Miley Cyrus is just learning how to start flashing her crotch for attention, but those pictures raise important issues related to child pornography since she is only 17 years old. Reuters has published several very compromising photos of the singer during her performance at the MuchMusic Video Awards over the weekend (more pictures below).

There was some concern about the use of those images, but a rep for Reuters claims the revealing crotch snaps are totally legal as they were taken on stage, in public and not with the intention of being pornographic.

The Reuters rep also said that the photo was “sent only to print clients and was kept from transmission to online clients and culturally sensitive areas.” But FOXNews.com, an online client, was able to purchase and download the photo, and saw no usage restrictions at all on the photo.
“The picture was not Photoshopped,” the representative added. It also doesn’t come close to meeting the definition of child porn, one expert said. “The picture is not prosecutable,” former Los Angeles sex crimes prosecutor Robin Sax said. “It is a question of intent, and here the picture is taken on stage, in public, and its purpose is not child pornography. Miley wears an outrageous outfit that barely contains her boobies and coochie to perform on stage, so she should be the one prosecuted for public exposure. Seriously, I have no problem with Miley’s racier image – if she wants to be a slut, let her be! – but she could at least have worn some type of underwear under that skin-tight white leotard.

Yeah if it was a non famous person no one would care. Everyone cares about what Miley does because she is a celebrity who is idolized by many young people. She should watch what she does. When children see her dressing in revealing clothes or doing pole dances during a performance and giving a lap dance to older guys at the club that only shows young children that it is ok. You cant go from the sweet and innocent girl in Hanna Montana to the girl who parents hate their kids watching. AND when she is turning 18 she will be posing nude for playboy. Wrong? yes, I think so. she should be able to go out and have fun she is still a teenager but she also needs to think about those who look up to her as a role model.
