Mel Gibson Files Restraining Order Against Oksana Grigorieva
Actor Mel Gibson has filed a restraining order against Oksana Grigorieva, the mother of his eighth child, a baby girl named Lucia Anne (first baby pictures here), at the Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday (June 24).
The main issue seems to be Mel’s access to his baby girl since he is currently living in Malibu, while Oksana still lives in his Sherman Oaks home in California. Mel also filed a notice of visitation rights and child custody.
The 54 year-old actor dumped the 40 year-old Russian pop star after divorcing his wife of 30 years to start a family with Oksana over a year ago. Despite Mel announcing their split was amicable, Oksana promised to reveal the actor’s dirty secrets soon after the break up.
