Singer Ciara was probably the best dressed celeb, wearing a short fun black dress that was appropriate for the occasion. Ashanti looked gorgeous yet overdressed in a red gown. Brandy’s short dress was a complete disaster, but Brittany Daniels, who looked awfully tacky in one very revealing black dress, earns our worst dressed celeb award.
