Former Miss California Carrie Prejean, who sparked controversy with her anti gay marriage statement, topless photos and multiple sex tapes, and her boyfriend, NFL quarterback Kyle Boller are set to tie the knot in a small ceremony at The Grand Del Mar hotel in San Diego on Friday (July 2).
