Former Victoria’s Secret model Stephanie Seymour missed a mandatory drug test while she was on vacation with her two kids at a luxury resort in St. Barts back in March 2010. The drug tests are part of messy divorce from her husband Peter Brant, who reportedly had enough of her drinking and drug use.

Both Peter and Stephanie were ordered to submit to tests. Peter’s lawyers wanted Stephanie to be found in contempt for missing the test, but the former model claims she did not see the email warning her about the scheduled appointment to perform the test from her lawyer. A doctor was sent to her hotel.

Stephanie’s nanny, Cora Driv talked to Peter’s lawyers and apparently hinted that she may be mixing prescription drugs with alcohol and doing it in front of the children. They have asked the judge to prohibit drinking too.
