DC Comics Wonder Woman Gets a Makeover!
The DC Comics superheroine Wonder Woman got an extreme makeover after wearing her infamous patriotic star-spangled outfit for almost 70 years since 1941. The makeover includes a modern outfit – dark leggings, a studded denim jacket and heeled boots -, which still allows Wonder Woman to keep her tiara and a few stars on her jacket.
Jim Lee, the new outfit creator, said, “Visually, the character seems edgier than before but stylish enough to warrant a second, albeit cautious, glance. The jacket and boots confirm the costume’s functionality and the open, thinner tiara and shaped bracelets reveal a lighter, even youthful, bent to the Amazonian Princess.”
I’m disappointed! You can’t change SuperMan’s infamous ridiculous red and blue outfit. SuperMan is a legend and icon and so is Wonder Woman! And Wonder Woman totally lost her identity. What do you think?

I totally agree with both of these statements.
What I find really interesting, is that there are so many MEN who are upset now that WW is going to be fully clothed, and not showing as much skin. And of course they couch their outrage in the “shes not wearing the flag anymore”. I really wish people would grow up and think for a change
