The prime suspect in Natalee Holloway’s disappearance, Joran van der Sloot confessed to murdering Stephany Flores, breaking her neck in a hotel room in Lima, Peru (more details here). Joran emotionally said, “I did not want to do it. The girl intruded into my private life.”

According to La Republica, Joran cracked under pressure and finally confessed after three days of police questioning on Monday (June 7). Stephany allegedly took his laptop without permission and found out Joran was involved in the disappearance/murder of the American student. Joran is well known for his volatile temper.

Steve Jobs just announced the release of a brand new iPhone named iPhone 4 and described as the “thinnest smartphone on the planet” (three-eighths of an inch thick!) during Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on Monday (June 7).

UPDATE: Alanis Morissette Pregnant With Souleye’s Baby

Singer Alanis Morissette and her rapper boyfriend Mario Treadway aka Souleye have finally tied the knot in a very intimate ceremony at their home in Los Angeles on May 22, her rep confirmed to People.

Alanis, who had been previously engaged to Ryan Reynolds, and Souleye (30) have been dating for more than a year. They decided to marry a week before the singer’s 36th birthday but keep it as secret as possible. Mission accomplished.

Alanis performed a duet with Crystal Bowersox at the American Idol season 9 finale on May 26 and we totally missed the fresh wedding band on her finger (or maybe she wasn’t wearing it)- watch video HERE.

Christian rock singer Dana Key, from the band DeGarmo & Key, passed away from a ruptured blood clot on Sunday (June 6). The 56 year-old was a senior pastor at TLC Community Church in Memphis, Tennessee.

The tragic death of the singer has been confirmed by Todd Agnew and Joy Whitlock. Joy tweeted, “Dana Key, my pastor, and also a member of legendary Christian rock band, DeGarmo and Key, passed away last night. Please pray for his wife, his children, and our church.”

Todd wrote on his official website, “Please be praying for his wife Anita and his children. Please pray for his church family. Dana was a man of God. Before he was a musician, he was a minister. And before he was a minister, he was God’s child. He will be missed.”

Reality wh*re Tila Tequila faked her own suicide when she posted a video on her official website, showing her bloody arm, apparently sliced wrist and claiming to have been attacked by “Jane”, one of her multiple personalities over the weekend.

This was nothing but another desperate call for attention and major publicity stunt gone wrong. Tila’s “fans” were so worried about her safety that they called 911 for a welfare check. Police went to her home and questioned Tila for about an hour, coming to the conclusion nothing of what had supposedly happened was real. Tila is a big fat-boobied liar.

Tila, who is set to be part of the new cast of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, needs to be locked up in a padded cell until she can act like a normal sane person… and that might never happen!

The Hills co-stars Audrina Patridge and Whitney Port are highly skeptical that Heidi Montag and husband Spencer Pratt have actually split up as Montag was claiming last week.

Port expressed her doubt in the split to People Magazine at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night:

“I doubt they’re really broken up,” she said. “I’m sure they’re still sticking together.”

Patridge went on to tell People:

“I think it’s a joke.  I don’t believe it. They’re inseparable and in love.”

Patridge and Port seem to agree with most of America.  At this point, everything that Montag-Pratt does is viewed as a publicity stunt.  Perhaps the couple should read ‘The Boy Who Cried Wolf.’
