According to TMZ, the photos show Gary with his eyes closed, hooked up to a ventilation machine in his hospital bed. The four pictures were taken about an hour before his official time of death and the last one was taken after Shannon Price decided to pull the plug and Gary is already dead.

Sandra received a standing ovation in her very first televised appearance since the cheating scandal, adoption of her son Louis Bardo Bullock (first photos) and divorce from Jesse James. Sandra had made a surprise appearance to receive a Troops’ Choice Award at Spike TV’s Guys Choice Awards on Saturday (June 5), which will air on Sunday, June 20 (watch video here).

Sandra’s acceptance speech was once again brilliant. She looked absolutely stunning in a sparkly black dress with a plunging back. Betty warned the actress: “Honey, don’t ever wear that dress backwards.”

“The Generation is an award for old people who have extended their welcome, who should make nice and leave so someone new can come in, but that’s not going to happen,” Sandra said. “No matter what you might have seen or heard or read lately, I love what I do. And I’m not going to go anywhere.”

“Scarlett, I really love you and all, but this is really uncomfortable. Why are you here?” Sandra said.

“I’m here because Ryan couldn’t be here, and I wanted to be here when you accepted your award for ‘Best Kiss,’” Scarlett said, referring to an award the pair lost to Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart earlier in the night. “I thought you should’ve won because it was sweet, and really soft.”

Scarlett and Sandra shared a very sweet awkward moment that turned into a hot girl-on-girl kiss, which was without a doubt the best moment of the MTV Movie Awards this year. OK! Tom Cruise and Jennifer Lopez were pretty awesome too (watch video here).

Katy’s blue wig is hideous. And she wore that thing on the red carpet too. This performance was kind of cute and very colorful, but what a big disappointment. There was no nudity as Katy had promised. I don’t even think Katy was actually singing live… even her man Russell Brand seemed to be kind of uncomfortable in the audience. Awkward! #Fail.

The MTV Movie Awards isn’t exactly the Oscars. We didn’t expect celebs to be dressed to kill on the red carpet but some were walking fashion disasters like our dear Snooki (aka Nicole Polizzi) from the Jersey Shore. Katy Perry with her hideous blue hair, yellow nails and sparkly “nude” sequined dress wins the award for worst dressed.

Scarlett Johansson looked absolutely flawless. We still do not know how to classify Lindsay Lohan’s sparkly jumpsuit, which exposed her saggy boobs while keeping her ankle SCRAM bracelet hidden. Jessica Biel looked adorable, but probably a bit underdressed for the occasion and Kristen Stewart did not look bad.

Twilight won every award it was nominated for, including Best Female/Male Performance (Kristen Stewart/Robert Pattinson), Best Movie (“New Moon”) and Best Kiss. Kristen and Robert were sneaky enough to simulate a kiss but no real action. So disappointing!

Actress Sandra Bullock made a surprise appearance, her first public appearance since the Jesse James’ cheating scandal, to accept the “Troops Choice” award for Entertainer of the Year presented by Robert Downey, Jr. at Spike TV’s Guys Choice Awards on Saturday (June 5).

“Let’s be honest here, just for a moment. We’re all going to be honest, right?” Bullock, 45, told the crowd. “Did I win this for being entertainer of the year, or did I win this because of the spectacular I.E.D. [improvised explosive device] explosion that became my personal life?!”

Once the laughter subsided, she added, “No, it’s okay. Because I would do it over again if it was to entertain our troops , and our extraordinary troops deserve something much more than some actress in a tight dress talking about herself.”

She also told them, “I would sing, but you’ve seen enough pain in your lifetime. I would dance – I’m a pretty good dancer, but as I mentioned, the dress is pretty tight.”

The 45 year-old deserves some recognition for her work,but the truth is we all know Sandra would not be getting this award if it wasn’t for the turmoil that is her life right now. And Sandra knows how to make fun of it in a very graceful way. By the way, she looked gorgeous in that tight leather dress. Take that, Jesse James!

Porn star Stephen Clancy Hill aka Steve Driver, who allegedly killed a colleague and wounded other two (read full details here), died after jumping off or falling from a cliff after a standoff with police in West Hills, California on Saturday (June 5)- watch video below.

SWAT officers tried to talk to Stephen, who clutched the alleged murder weapon, a sword, for more than eight hours but he kept moving closer to the edge of rocky hillside. The 34 year-old died of injuries suffered in the 40-foot fall.

Stephen attacked one of his co-worker when he learned that he had been fired and had to move out of the porn company facility, where he had been living. When 30 year-old Herbert Hin Wong tried to help, he was killed in the attack. Stephen had been convicted of second-degree assault and handgun charge back in 1999.

The body of Drew Peterson’s fourth wife Stacy Peterson may have been found after the ex-police officer, who is currently in jail awaiting trial for the murder of his third wife, allegedly confessed that he had killed and buried the fourth (photos below).

According to TMZ, Drew reportedly told an inmate that he had an accomplice who helped him dispose of Stacy’s body. The inmate told the authorities, the alleged accomplice was identified and confessed the body was stuffed in a metal drum and buried on private hunting grounds just outside Peoria, Illinois.

The owner allowed the authorities and accomplice to enter the property. The accomplice showed them the exact location where the body was allegedly buried and police dogs have confirmed it. The search for the body has begun today, but at the end of the day they reportedly did not find the remains of Drew’s fourth wife.

“Ever since Stacy disappeared, there have been numerous rumors about finding her body and about Drew. The one thing all of them have had in common is they always proved to be false,” Peterson defense attorney Steven Greenberg said Saturday (June 5).

“There’s no real facts or evidence to back them up. In fact, there’s never been a single piece of hard evidence in either Stacy’s disappearance or Kathleen’s death, that shows Drew is guilty of anything,” Greenberg maintained.

Stacy has been missing since October 26, 2007. Her husband is considered the main suspect, but Drew continues denying any involvement in her disappearance. Drew’s third wife, Kathleen Savio, drowned back in 2004 and her death was considered an accident until Stacy disappeared and a new autopsy revealed that Kathleen had been murdered.
