A 28 year-old woman named Anna Chapman is accused of being part of a group of eleven people, who have been identified as modern day Russian spies and live undercover in the USA. This is not a new plot for a spy action movie. It’s real life!
Anna is divorced and has a “masters in economics, an online real-estate business, a fancy Financial District apartment and a Victoria’s Secret body”. Anna had weekly meetings with a Russian official to pass information since January 2010. Reality is always stranger than fiction.
The undercover spies lived as normal couples and some even had children together to be more realistic. Ten of the alleged Russian spies were arrested without bail and the other, Christopher Metsos, is currently on the lam.
The federal complaint says “Moscow Center” trained the spies in various ways of secret communication and then sent them here “to become sufficiently Americanized to gather information for Russia.” Based on the information in the court papers, the spies were much better at complaining than spying.
“I’m happy I’m not your handler,” accused moneyman Christopher Metsos told suspect Richard Murphy in a Queens restaurant after listening to Murphy whine about the defective spy equipment he’d been supplied. Metsos is at large.
Another suspect, New Jersey college Prof. Juan Lazario, was recorded complaining to his accused spy wife, Vicky Pelaez, an El Diario-La Prensa columnist, that “they say my information is of no value. … If they don’t like what I tell them, too bad!”
Lazario, the feds say, posed as a Uruguayan but was recorded in 2002 telling his wife about his Russian childhood. “We moved to Siberia,” he reminisced, “as soon as the war started.”

The 34 year-old was forced to stop playing tennis because of several injuries and she began taking prescription meds to numb the pain. Dale’s recent return to porn to star in “Batman XXX: A Porn Parody” was something that clearly hurt Jennifer, who despises the porn industry. Despite being extremely depressed, Dale does not believe she would try to kill herself.

Hustler, Inc. is set to release a porn parody of James Cameron’s record breaking movie, “Avatar”, later this year following the huge success of other sex spoofs of famous TV shows like “Star Trek”, “Beverly Hills 90210” and “Saved By The Bell”.
The world’s best grossing movie is about to become porn industry’s highest-budged production ever as it will be released as the world’s first X-rated 3D parody. The “This Ain’t…” adult parody series will also include titles like “This Ain’t CSI XXX: Chatsworth” and “This Ain’t Glee XXX“.

British singer/rapper Maya aka M.I.A., who is well known for a tough and outspoken attitude, reveals she has a softer and more sensitive side in an interview for the latest issue of GQ Magazine (July 2010).
The 34 year-old, who is currently engaged to Benjamin Brewer, was born in a very poor area in Sri Lanka and has a very difficult relationship with her father. She wants to offer her 1 year-old baby boy, Ikhyd, all the love and support she didn’t have as a child.

On 1-year-old son Ikhyd: “Today he climbed out of the pen, had to take the door kind of off the hinges and move it aside to get around. And that’s amazing, that he’s figured it out already—and that he’s strong enough to do that.”
On moving to Brentwood, not New York City: “I wanted an environment where I could have a lot of friends and family come and stay. That was the important part for me. And in New York I wouldn’t have been able to afford someplace where I could have, like, all my friends come and crash out and where I could still have a baby.”
On the war-torn Sri Lankan ghetto of her childhood: “I lived on a street, a dead-end street. There were like seven or eight houses, and then you turn the corner and there was another seven, eight houses. But my whole family lived on the street. So it was amazing. I grew up with about a hundred of my cousins, playing hide-and-seek all over the village and the temples.”

Sugar Ray’s Mark McGrath and his fiancée Carin Kingsland show off their beautiful 8 week-old twins, Lydon Edward and Hartley Grace, who were born on April 29. Carin and Mark, who have been dating for four years, couldn’t be happier about the arrival of their much planned and desired bundles of joy.
“She’s so precious, just a princess. And he’s my little dude,” says the Sugar Ray singer of his children. “Their birth was the greatest moment of my life.”
“People say Lydon looks like me, and Hartley has a Latin flavor to her — she’s got darker skin and big beautiful lips like Carin.” While Lydon “knows what he wants and wants it now,” says Carin, Hartley “is very calm and has a lot of patience. She’s very sweet.”
“Not to be cheesy, but you get really gangster about your relationship now, like this is my family,” says McGrath. “There’s a bond that the four of us share that nobody can mess with.”
The couple had several problems that prevented them from conceiving naturally – Mark’s childhood testicular torsion case and Carin’s ovarian tumor at age 11 –, so they decided to try one single round of IVF (in vitro fertilization). They got lucky and were blessed with two perfectly healthy babies.

Detroit Tigers relief pitcher Joel Zumaya suffered what appears to be a severe elbow injury on Monday night that sent him reeling to the ground in serious pain after delivering a pitch to the Minnesota Twins Delmon Young.
Tigers catcher Greg Laird said he heard something “pop” on the pitch. The pitch was recorded at 99 MPH.
Zumaya, who has battled injuries most of his career, had a ton of sympathy from his manager Jim Leyland:
“It breaks your heart,” Tigers manager Leyland said. “He’s really worked his tail off to get back.”
Our prayers go out to Joel and hopefully he can heal and make a quick recovery once doctors determine the extent of the damage to his right elbow.
The Tigers beat the Twins 7-5 to move into first place in the AL Central.
William ‘Bill’ Aucoin, the man credited with discovering KISS and who was their manager from 1973-1982, has passed away at the age of 66 from complications from prostate cancer surgery in Aventura, Florida.
Founding KISS members Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley left the following message and tribute on the front page of the band’s site KISSOnline.com today:
Bill Aucoin, our irreplaceable original manager, mentor and dear friend has died of complications arising from his ongoing battle with prostate cancer. He was instrumental in guiding us from the beginning and without his vision, leadership and unending dedication, we could never have scaled the heights we have reached.
Bill loved life and lived it to the fullest. Words can never convey his impact on us or those close to him.
Over all the years, he never missed an opportunity to be with us at our shows near his home or fly in for special concerts, including our most recent Madison Square Garden show. He had hoped to attend our London show earlier this month but his illness prevented it. He still planned to visit us upon the start of our upcoming US tour.
We loved him, told him and have peace that he knew it.
We will grieve and celebrate all he was and did.
We have lost a part of us.

KISS and Aucoin reunited down the road to work together on various projects. KISS is currently on tour in Europe and will be in the USA later this year for their fall North American tour.
Aucoin also managed Billy Idol for a period in the early 80′s.
He is survived by his partner of 15-years Roman Fernandez and two sisters.
