Today is the day! Chelsea Clinton, the daughter of former President Bill Clinton and Hilary Clinton, and her fiancé, investment banker Mark Mezvinsky, will say their “I Do’s” in front of close family and friends in a $6 million ceremony at the recently-restored Astor Family Palace in Rhinebeck, New York on Saturday (July 31).

This wedding has been described as the event of the decade. Rhinebeck will be on a temporary flight restriction zone from 3 pm EDT on Saturday to 3:30 pm EDT on Sunday (August 1) due to a “VIP (Very Important People) Movement”, according to the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration).
Mark Mezvinsky & Chelsea Clinton Wedding Details (VIDEO)
We don’t know details of the ceremony, but President Barack Obama was definitely not invited. GASP! There’s so much hype about this wedding, but I just don’t get what the big deal is. Clinton is not the current President of the United States and Chelsea is not exactly a high-profile celebrity.
Anyway, Chelsea seems to have everything planned down to precious details like the $15,000 luxurious porta-potties for the guests. The porta-potties trailers include portable latrines have actual porcelain toilets that flush, stereo music and hot running water. Details, details!
There is one important detail that sparks our curiosity. If Chelsea is a Methodist and Mark is Jewish, what type of ceremony will they have!?! The former First Daughter was recently seen attending a Yom Kippur prayer service at the Jewish Theological Seminary in NY. So it’s possible they will have a traditional Jewish ceremony.
