Bachelor/Bachelorette host Chris Harrison chimes in on Bachelor’s Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi’s special break up interview on Monday (July 5). Chris lived one of the biggest moments of his career at Jake and Vienna’s cost, but he wants us to know there was no physical violence during the interview.

Chris said, “Obviously there never was any threat of physical violence at any point during this interview.” Physical violence? No! But what about emotional violence, not to mention the violence against the viewers’ intelligence and sensitivity!?! Who cares!

Chris blogs, “From my perspective, the interview was very fair to both parties and wasn’t very flattering for anybody involved. You have to understand that I come into this with a little different perspective. I know Jake and Vienna, and however hard it is for some folks to believe, these two had strong feelings for each other when we left St. Lucia. My true hope in conducting this interview, however naïve it seems now, was not to solve or fix this relationship, but to find a bit of closure and stop the nasty back-and-forth that will only flame the tabloid stories and crazy Internet reports.

Jake will continue to be the fame whore that he is since he has already scheduled a guest appearance in “The Bachelor Pad” and possibility on Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky’s “After The Final Rose” special.

This interview really showed Jakes real personality, he came of as cruel, unfeeling and pompous. He is clearly a control freak, and seeing he total lack of emotion towards Vienna during the interview was down right cold. Jake obviously, as his stated “I am a Pilot” but is really looking for a spotlight and celebrity. What amazes me is that I didn’t even like Vienna during the show, but after seeing what a cold calculating person Jake really is she’s the one that “lost”. Let some other women try to please such a self centered cold individual. He even blew up on TV.. didn’t anyone pick up on that when he yelled at Vienna? Jake anger management and anti narcissitic classes would help you tremendously. The “show” he put on for the real show compared to last night showed his REAL true colors.. scary.. Vienna run!
One thing that I found extremely irritating is that Chris who was interviewing BOTH of them really focused on Vienna and didn’t question Jake like he did Vienna, why?? Jake sat there smug as heck while Vienna was barraged by Chris the host.. it wasn’t fair, it was pathetic.
