Bachelor Jake Pavelka is a free man since he and Vienna Girardi broke up and he may be seeking more fame-whoring with a special appearance on “The Bachelorette” Ali Fedotowsky’s “After The Final Rose” special.
Ali had to leave Jake to save her job at Facebook during “The Bachelor”, but when she asked him to take her back, Jake mindlessly dumped her and broke her heart. Now Ali and Jake’s reunion may be just what ABC needs to continue exploiting the views with scripted, awkward scenes.
“If Jake showed up on The Bachelorette ["After the Final Rose"] it could be obvious rating gold for a season six finale,” says Michael Essany, reality-TV expert and author of Reality Check: The Business and Art of Producing Reality TV. “People are fascinated with them.”
“It’s one of those ‘lightning in a bottle scenarios that when you have it, you’re just thankful for it,” he says.
Jake is already set to have a special guest appearance as a judge of a dance competition on ABC’s new “Bachelor Pad”. And now he is heading to “The Bachelorette” again… someone please make this guy disappear quickly! After how Jake treated Vienna in the special break up interview (watch videos here), he doesn’t deserve another minute in the spotlight.
