“I Kissed a Girl” singer Katy Perry apparently did not like to be out-raunchy’d by teen star Miley Cyrus, who wore the most ridiculous outrageous skimpy outfits at the 2010 Much Music Awards in Toronto, Canada on June 20. Katy claims Miley is on the fast track to become the next Britney Spears!
