Porn queen Violet Kowal, who is one of Mel Gibson’s former mistresses, speaks out for the first time to reveal she was also a victim of emotional abuse by the troubled actor. Violet says Mel threatened her life: “His threats scared me so badly,” Violet tells In Touch, “I left town and went into hiding for almost a month.”

Mel and Violet met at Hotel Bel-Air, while he was still married to his wife of 30 years, Robyn, back in 2007. However, they only had sex for the first time two years later after his divorce in July 2009. Mel was dating his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva at the time.
“I agreed to go visit him at his Malibu compound,” she explains. The two had sex for the first time, though Violet was uneasy. “He didn’t want to use protection, but I insisted,” she says. “He seemed paranoid and anxious. He chain-smoked before and after we had sex. It was weird.”
Violet confessed they had sex six more times, but she reveals he started to be aggressive and he got extremely angry if she could not meet him right away. “He would get very aggressive and angry if I was not available,” she explains, “even yelling and demanding to come to my home when I refused to see him.”

Of course Mel’s legal team completely denied this story, which they call an “absurd fabrication.” The truth is Mel is well known for his impetuous temper and this type of behavior is very similar to the one he allegedly had with Oksana. We see a pattern here and it’s not pretty.
