When Ali tell him she is nervous about meeting his parents, he says, “I wouldn’t bring you back here unless I was sure that I liked you, and I was sure that I liked you… I haven’t been able to bring anyone back since my mom passed away.” Aww! Frank was a lot more nervous than Ali when they meet in Chicago to meet his parents. Frank admitted, “This is a very stressful ordeal. There is a lot at stake, so I want my family’s opinion. I have been dying to find true love, and I may be looking at it right now, but I am never really confident.”

But the truth is Frank is hiding one very dark secret that can and will break Ali’s heart. Frank claims he wants to know if he and Ali can start a life together, however he cannot take his ex-girlfriend Nicole out of his head or his heart.

Kirk introduces his family to Ali. They are all really nice people, but Ali will be surprised and shocked when Kirk’s dad takes her to the basement to show her his fine work as a taxidermist. Oh. My. God. Ali is very graceful about it. I’d be totally freaking out!

“This is my taxidermy work,” Kirk’s dad boasts. “I bring animals back to life!” Says Ali after, “Seeing all the animals all over the walls is kind of freaky. And, like, I love animals, but I love them when they’re alive.”

Oh no! That must have been one very dark and creepy experience for Ali. Kirk’s dad is an artist, but I just cannot appreciate his art. It scares me and, if I was in Ali’s shoes, I’d want to get away from that place as soon as possible. Kirk is done!

Finally, Roberto and Ali meet to play baseball in Charleston, South Carolina. Ali declares, “I think a baseball uniform is pretty much the sexiest thing a guy can put on.” The two are so easy together. We can see them as a couple. He is easy going, a good listener and he has that delicious Latino charm.
