Actor John Stamos reportedly had a short romantic fling with a 17 year-old high school student, Allison Coss, during a spring break in Florida back in 2004. Allison, who is now 24 years old, and her accomplice Scott Sippola have now been accused of trying to extort money ($680,000) from the actor by telling him they had pictures of him with cocaine and strippers.

Stamos’ attorney, William Sobel, issued a statement to deny the allegation made during the opening argument in the first day of trial, saying, “The allegations made today in the courtroom by the defendants during opening statements will not be proven because they are simply untrue.”

The truth is that during the investigation, FBI did not find the pictures in question when they searched the defendants’ house following their arrest. So that means the pictures probably don’t even exist.

Stamos and Allison met at a club and he invited her and her friend to his hotel room, where two strippers eventually showed up with a bag of cocaine. That is when Allison and the other girl allegedly took a picture of Stamos bending over a table to inspect the drugs.

One thing led to the other… Stamos and Allison kissed on the bed and got into the hot tub together after he removed her clothes, leaving her in her underwear. The 46 year-old actor offered to perform oral sex on her, but Allison declined. This type of sexual act with a minor is a felony and carried the penalty of up to fifteen years in prison.

Allison reportedly kept saying “No”, Stamos got frustrated and broke the bedpost with his hand and left the room immediately without saying a word. Allison and Stamos allegedly kept in touch for the next few years and maintained a flirty relationship via e-mail.

Stamos started receiving threatening emails from a woman, “Jessica T”, who claimed she was pregnant with his child, and from “Brian L”, who said he had compromising pictures of the actor and asked for money to not sell them to tabloids. Allison and Scott sent those emails to Stamos and they were caught in an undercover mission while trying to collect the money.
