Actress Brittany Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack’s official cause of death has been released and he apparently died of exactly the same condition that ended his wife’s life exactly five months before in December 2009.

Simon died of acute pneumonia and severe anemia. The LA County Coroner found different prescription meds in Simon’s blood steam, but not enough to be lethal. This is the second death that could have been prevented if they had sought professional help and proper medical care.
