Kate Major & Michael Lohan Domestic Violence Scandal
Actress Lindsay Lohan’s daddy Michael Lohan has been accused once again of domestic violence by his fiancée, Kate Major, who claims he physically attacked her during an argument. Michael’s former girlfriend, Erin Muller, also accused him of being physically abusive several times while they were dating.

In the official report, Kate said that before Michael flew to LA for Lindsay’s hearing on Monday (July 19), the couple had a nasty argument and Michael shoved her over a chair and kicked her in the face while she was on the ground. Kate allegedly went to a hospital, where she had pictures of her injuries taken.

Michael already admitted he and Kate had an argument about the upcoming reality TV show, featuring Rachel Uchitel and Joslyn James, he is trying to put together. However, Michael denies even touching Kate, claiming she is a gold digger.
He says, “Kate has severe drinking problems and she’s jealous of all the people involved in the show. She has no money, no job and she’s been living off of me for the last 8 months … and her dad just cut her off.”
Michael says Kate is lying for money, because she so desperately needs it. Kate lost her job at a tabloid magazine, when she decided to get involved with reality douchebag Jon Gosselin. After breaking up with Jon, Kate and Michael quickly became engaged. I guess it’s safe to say they called off their engagement.
