Actor Jason Bateman and actress Jennifer Aniston star in a new romantic comedy, “The Switch”, which was originally titled “The Baster”, set to hit theaters August 20, 2010 (watch movie trailer below).
“The Switch” tells the story of an unmarried 40-year-old woman, Kassie Larson (Jennifer Aniston), who turns to a turkey baster in order to become pregnant. Seven years later, she reunites with her best friend, Wally (Jason Bateman), who has been living with a secret: he replaced her preferred sperm sample with his own.
This sounds exactly like every other movie Jennifer ever starred in. Comedy. Romance. Girl doesn’t know she loves the boy until something happens. Boy doesn’t want to admit he is in love with the girl. Or vice-versa. PG-13. Pretty boring. Blah!
Seriously? I would not even get out of bed to watch a movie like this, so going to the theater is out of question. Don’t get me wrong because I love Jason. I’m just tired of seeing Jennifer play the same type of roles over and over again.
