Jon Gosselin and Michael Lohan’s former girlfriend, Kate Major, fired off a cease and desist letter to actress Lindsay Lohan’s daddy and several celebrity gossip sites over some half-naked leaked pictures that hit the web this week.

Kate is completely exposed in the photos in question, which were taken by her former fiancé Michael while she was sleeping without her knowledge. She claims she did gave her consent for the public display of those pictures.

The former magazine editor is now threatening to take legal action against Michael. The letter reads, “We have recently become aware that you are illegally selling or offering for sale one or more nude photographs of Ms. Major to kikster LLC and other websites.”

Michael continues to deny selling those intimate pictures and claims they were stolen. Yeah, right! Michael is a liar! Or is it a coincidence these pictures were leaked a couple of days after Kate accused Michael of domestic violence!?!
